His expertise spans the complete spectrum of Cost Accounting, Cost Audit, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Management Information Systems (MIS), Inventory Management, and Fixed Asset Management. He has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing cost structures that enable informed strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.
A key highlight of his professional journey includes serving as a Core Team Member for SAP ERP implementation in a leading manufacturing organization, where he contributed significantly to the development of integrated costing, inventory, and reporting systems.
Mr. Santosh Jejurkar is an accomplished Cost Management professional with over four decades of experience, including more than thirty years in senior leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. He has served as Deputy General Manager (Costing & MIS) and possesses extensive industry exposure gained through his long association with the prestigious Alembic Group.
His professional expertise encompasses Cost Audit, System Audit, MIS Development, Budgetary Control, and Profitability Analysis across multiple industries including Pharmaceuticals, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Chemicals, Glass, Plastics, and Engineering Machinery. His deep understanding of manufacturing operations enables organizations to establish efficient costing systems and improve financial perform-ance through data-driven decision-making.
He is also associated with UNIQUE SYSTEMS Techno-Financial Consultants & Valuers, Pune, contributing to techno-commercial consultancy assignments, valuation engagements, and system improvement initiatives.
Mr. Shivam Dave is a Partner of the firm with over a decade of professional experience in Cost and Management Accounting, specializing in designing and implementing comprehensive costing frameworks for manufacturing organizations. His expertise lies in helping businesses establish reliable cost accounting systems, improve financial transparency, and strengthen internal control mechanisms.
He has successfully led several complex assignments involving costing system implementation, cost audits, internal audits, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC), particularly in the Pharmaceutical and Specialty Chemical sectors. His practical understanding of manufacturing processes, coupled with analytical capabilities, enables clients to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. Dave serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of listed companies, contributing to corporate governance, financial oversight, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
